Jill believes in the “start where you are at” philosophy. During your
first consultation Jill will listen closely to learn your goals, your
lifestyle and what has worked for you in the past. She will evaluate your
current dietary habits and help you create a practical plan for reaching
your goals. Jill’s mantra is “work smarter, not harder” and so she strives
to give you options that can fit your life and your tastebuds.
